As an AI Security Expert in the Security department of Relativity, you will work with product teams, engineers, and architects to ensure the security of our AI-based solutions. What are the core duties of this role?
Develop & implement robust security measures to protect AI-based systems from threats.
Conduct threat modeling, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of AI/ML systems, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the security and privacy of AI systems throughout their lifecycle.
Advise on compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to AI security and privacy, such as NIST AI RMF
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in security management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in security preferably in a high-security environment, with at least 2 years in an application security role.
Proven ability to deliver on large-scale, cross-functional projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security challenges.
Familiar with specification, technical design, estimation, and project management practices.
Hybrid-working role (2+ days in office)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a SaaS environment operating on a global scale.
Experience working with commercial AI technologies (Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Gemini...)
Experience in the legal space and with an understanding of e-discovery and litigation.
Experience working with AI products and design.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
219 000 and 329 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
