The Healthcare AI Product Manager specializing in AI/ML solutions for healthcare provider challenges. This role focuses on developing and managing AI-powered innovations that optimize workflows starting in data and expanding out to applications and plug-ins. The Healthcare AI Product Manager will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including customer growth, data science, engineering, and healthcare subject matter experts, to create and execute product roadmaps with a strong emphasis on the customer. The AI Product Manager will collaborate with leaders from various business units, functions, and departments will be key in supporting and implementing data-driven decisions of the highest quality. They will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and backlog management to delivery and iteration, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. The role will involve refining our AI product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring that we are delivering products that are not only innovative but also user-centric and compliant with industry standards.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions in healthcare, aligned with business objectives and customer needs

  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and enhance customer experience.

  • Lead data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize product performance and user experience.

  • Collaborate with customer success teams, data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop and refine AI product roadmaps.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to refine AI models, improve product performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Maintain a user-centric approach in all aspects of product development, ensuring that the final product meets the needs and expectations of healthcare providers and patients

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business)

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on AI, preferably in healthcare or related industries 

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare data

  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to work closely with data science and engineering teams

  • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered SaaS products

  • Familiarity with AI ethics and governance frameworks in healthcare is preferred 

  • Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, and feature delivery

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to drive product development

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • 10% Travel may be required.

Preferred:

  • Experience with data lakes, machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven personalization.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPPA) and best practices for data security.
