About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in defining the roadmap, collaborating across teams, and shipping products that drive real impact for our customers. If you're passionate about AI, SaaS, and solving real customer pain points, you’ll thrive at SalesAi.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead a team Product Owners with this role’s domain.
• Coach and mentor to create a high performing team and drive product success.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features and modules in the SalesAi platform.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on company strategy, customer feedback, and market research.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and Go-to-Market (GTM) to prioritize, build, and launch high-impact features.
• Engage with customers to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure product-market fit.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior using data tools.
• Own a product domain and create clear requirements for the Product Owners on your team.
• Manage product tools in Jira or similar (Product Discovery, Jira Project, etc..)
• Advocate for a customer-centric mindset across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies or tools.
