Intel Data Platform Group (DPG) focused on engineering developing and supporting world class platforms and component building blocks aligned to DPG's roadmap and strategies.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI and Rack Hardware Verification engineer to join our dynamic team and play and important role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our cutting-edge products for the AI industry.

As a Cloud Systems and Solutions Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement verification plans and strategies for complex AI and Rack hardware designs.
- Create and maintain verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Write and execute test cases to verify design functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to understand specifications and provide feedback on design flaws.
- Analyze verification results and report findings to stakeholders

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields plus 6+ years of platform validation engineering experience
- OR Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years of platform validation engineering experience
- Experience with complex AI and Rack hardware designs.
- Experience Rack System Integration. Integration of compute tray, switch tray, management tray, and power/cables.
- Computer hardware verification including CPU’s, Network, PCIe, and power.
- Extensive experience in planning/executing board hardware verification.
- Extensive experience in platform level debug using test equipment like protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, and DVM's.
- Deep understanding of platform level architecture including CPU, memory, and PCIe subsystems.
- Experience reading board layout and schematics.
- Experience with board/BIOS/OS interactions and use of SW validation tools like SVOS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with debug tools like ITP or Lauterbach Python or Python SV coding experience
- Experience with ROCe and optical interfaces

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$161,230.00-$227,620.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
