We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead our test system design and implementation with our external manufacturing partners at both the component and vehicle level. This role will be the founding member of our test team and will have the opportunity to create the vision and strategy for manufacturing test at Kodiak
In this role, you will:
Develop our test systems and method for a range of components including optical, compute and power systems
Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, embedded systems and quality teams to build test requirements, develop a reliable test approach and contribute to root cause analysis
Analyze test data and metrics to help improve manufacturing speed and yield and reduce field failures
Work with the infrastructure team to create data capture and storage requirements for all test results and processes
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in test engineering Including DAQs and other electrical test equipment
Experience with manufacturing a complex product or system
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and build a test system from the ground up
Experience with Linux based systems
Experience with with Python and/or LabView
Strong communication and organizational skills

The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual salary ranges will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
