The Role: Adobe Target Developer 

The position is essential in ensuring a seamless and targeted user experience across various digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to define and execute targeted campaigns using Adobe Target
   

2. Implement personalization strategies based on customer data and behaviour
   

3. Develop and execute A/B & multivariate tests to optimise Website or App experiences
   

4. Analyse test results and provide recommendations for website/app optimization
   

5. Utilise Adobe Target to create and manage personalised content and promotions
   

6. Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing optimization and personalization efforts
   

7. Configure and maintain Adobe Target activities and experiences
   

8. Collaborate with web analytics team to track and report on performance of tests and personalization efforts.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
   

2. 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing Adobe Target for personalization and optimization
   

3. Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing and personalization strategies
   

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
   

5. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics
   

6. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketers
   

7. Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its tools like CDP, AJO or CJA is a plus
   

8. Certification in Adobe Target is a plus
   

9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
   

10. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas effectively.
