What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development of new features and core improvements on our Flutter app.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and product leads to bring user-centric ideas to life.
• Own app architecture and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Identify bottlenecks, refactor legacy code, and optimize performance.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing strategies, and technical decisions across the mobile team.
• Stay up-to-date with mobile and Flutter trends to continuously evolve our tech stack.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Flutter experience, building and shipping production apps at scale.
• Deep understanding of Flutter SDK, architecture patterns (Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod), and clean code principles.
• Proven experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, in-app purchases, and analytics tools.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
• Passion for beautiful UI/UX, animations, and seamless cross-platform experiences.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills — you’ll guide and support junior devs.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time audio, WebRTC, or AI-integrated mobile apps.
