We're looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to join our AI Frontier team at Aleph Alpha.

To bring our vision to life, we work closely with our partners to unlock the transformative power of generative AI. Our Customer Team empowers them by leveraging Aleph Alpha’s sovereign solution stack, ensuring they can harness AI’s full potential with confidence and security. You’ll work closely with our Customer, Engineering and Product teams on a wide range of strategic, technical, and creative tasks to help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving space.
Important Note: For this role, we are looking for a candidate who is either based in Heidelberg, or is willing to relocate to the mentioned location.
Collaborate with our team to design and implement a new browser- and mobile-friendly user interface.
Iteratively improve the UI through regular feedback and testing.
Deliver on clearly defined tasks with fast turnaround and growing autonomy.
Support development tasks proactively and reliably, even with limited guidance.
Identify improvement areas and propose practical solutions as part of a fast-paced team.
You’re an active university student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
You have strong experience in front-end development, ideally with React or Vue.js.
You can showcase your skills through past projects (GitHub contributions, university/private work).
You’re self-motivated, curious, and thrive when working independently.
You demonstrate a keen eye for UX/UI design and user-centric thinking.
Bonus: Understanding of GenAI markets or relevant customer domains is a plus.
