Your mission

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for defense, government, and security markets
  • Drive B2G (Business-to-Government) and defense procurement sales for UAV and counter-drone systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with military, law enforcement, and national security agencies
  • Lead government contract negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, and defense procurement bids
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with defense contractors, integrators, and government agencies
  • Navigate export regulations (ITAR, EAR, BAFA) and compliance requirements for international sales
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to align solutions with defense needs
  • Represent the company at defense expos, industry conferences, and government briefings

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in defense, security, or aerospace sales with proven success in government contracts
  • Strong expertise in military procurement processes, defense contracting, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term sales strategies in the defense sector
  • Established network within military, security agencies, and government procurement offices
  • Understanding of export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use, NATO procurement policies)
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, multi-year contracts, and classified procurement programs
Nice to have
  • Background in military or law enforcement operations, intelligence, or defense technology
  • Experience with counter-UAV, electronic warfare (EW), or cybersecurity sales
  • Knowledge of NATO procurement frameworks, FMS (Foreign Military Sales), and direct commercial sales (DCS)
