Lucio is hiring a Technical Product Manager to bridge product vision, technical execution, and business goals. The role involves managing requirements, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth product delivery.

The team consists of lawyers and software developers working together to transform legal workflows. Lucio offers a flexible, remote-friendly work environment and follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or engineering leadership

• Strong expertise in MERN stack, Python, and Azure

• Hands-on leader, capable of coding when required

• Experience managing a 10-15 member team

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, founders, tech team, and customer success team

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

• Proactive and extroverted, comfortable engaging across teams

Responsibilities

Product Understanding & Requirements Gathering

• Work with stakeholders to define and document product requirements

• Gather client feedback to refine product vision and roadmap

Team & Project Management

• Allocate tasks efficiently within a 10-15 member team

• Set expectations, track progress, and resolve roadblocks

• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain accountability

Cross-functional Coordination

• Align product direction with business objectives alongside founders

• Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technical strategy

• Collaborate with customer success teams to address client needs and enhance product adoption

• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth communication

Job Details

• Location: Remote for 8 months, then Bangalore

• Working Days: 5 days a week
