Job Title: Staff Frontend Engineer – Generative AI 

Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Staff Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and ship captivating user interfaces for Blue Yonder's cutting-edge AI products.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the AI development team to ship LLM-powered solutions  

• Craft performant front-end code that is maintainable, testable and scalable  

• Follow UX best practices making use of BY’s visual identity and design systems in innovative ways  

• Develop user-friendly interfaces leveraging best practices in conversational design patterns  

• Stay on top of industry developments and design patterns for gen AI 

Qualifications: 

• Self-driven with the desire to take ownership and ability to work across the full stack.  

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects and a track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces.  

• Proven track record of shipping products powered by LLMs, RAG systems, and/or AI agents.  

• Mastery of modern web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS, React, and TailwindCSS, along with experience in frontend build systems and package managers (e.g., Vite, npm).  

• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that push the boundaries of gen AI with a knack for pleasant design.  

• Comfortability working in a startup environment embedded within an enterprise.
