Ready to be a Titan?
In this position you will work on adding an intelligence layer to the suite of ServiceTitan products. The range of problems is diverse: audio processing, forecasting, casualty analysis, NLP and many more. You will focus on one (or some) of these problem areas and engage with multiple internal teams, including engineering, infrastructure and product. We build for perfection, use our in house ML and Data platforms built on Azure Cloud and Snowflake, have an amazing culture, and love to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and implement scalable data science solutions to power our software
Work with ML engineers to drive requirements for ML Platform
Communicate effectively with ML engineers, product managers, customers, and partners.
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience building high impact ML models in one or more of the following areas:
Audio Processing (digital signal processing (DSP), speech-to-text, transcripts, transcriptions)
Natural Language Processing (Search, Q&A Systems etc.) (NLP)
Forecasting (Time series analysis)
Causality Analysis
2+ years of experience writing production level code in Python
Strong Understanding of Data Science project lifecycle
Experience with Python Data Science stack (numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, pytorch, tensorflow etc.)
Experience with databases/data warehouses such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake
Experience with public cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
Experience with mentoring junior members of the team
Experience with AzureML is a plus
Experience with explainable ML is a plus
Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, JIRA, and other tools that are typically used by developers
To be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a globally distributed team
