The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to lead the design and execution of a best-in-class new hire onboarding and ongoing enablement program for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role is equal parts strategic program leadership and hands-on delivery — perfect for someone who’s passionate about empowering revenue teams to perform at their peak.

As Observe.AI grows and evolves across sales motions, segments, and product offerings, this role will play a critical part in aligning our GTM teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to be successful. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Product, and RevOps to build scalable, metrics-driven enablement programs that accelerate productivity and drive measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience for GTM teams across Sales, Channel, Account Management, and Sales Engineering.
  • Define key success metrics for onboarding and track performance using tools like Zoom Revenue Accelerator, Salesforce, and Boostup
  • Develop and deliver enablement content across different modalities — including live sessions, asynchronous learning, certifications, playbooks, and virtual workshops.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with product releases, sales plays, and GTM strategy.
  • Content governance & maintenance within our CMS/LMS (Saleshood), ensuring content is easy to access, up to date, and effective.
  • Identify top-performer behaviors and codify them into repeatable programs that shorten ramp time and boost team effectiveness.
  • Continuously iterate on programs based on feedback, business needs, and performance data.

What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Onboarding, Solutions Consulting, or related GTM functions.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling new hire enablement programs in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B SaaS sales motions, customer lifecycle, and value-based selling strategies.
  • Experience with enablement tools and BI platforms (e.g., Saleshood, Camtasia, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, 6sense, Salesforce, etc).
  • Strong project management and program design skills; you’re comfortable owning the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Understanding of the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) industry is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
