We’re looking for a driven, curious, and proactive SDR to help us grow our customer base through both outbound and inbound channels.
As an SDR at Qodo, you’ll play a pivotal role at the top of our sales funnel. Whether it’s identifying and reaching out to the right prospects or qualifying leads from inbound marketing efforts, you’ll be the first point of contact and trusted guide for potential customers. Your mission: spark meaningful conversations, understand business challenges, and open doors for our sales team to deliver value.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to build and nurture a healthy pipeline, while constantly learning, iterating, and refining your approach. If you’re curious, resilient, and eager to make an impact at a fast-growing AI startup - we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into technical and business decision-makers across targeted accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research and deeply understand ideal customer profiles, use cases, and industry pain points
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and hand off to Account Executives
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and coordinate outreach
- Collaborate with Marketing to run outbound plays and optimize messaging
- Consistently hit activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or sales development in a tech/SaaS environment
- Proven success in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Curiosity, coachability, and a drive to continuously learn and improve
- Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and persuasive
- Passion for learning – especially about AI, developer tools, or technical products
- Organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills - comfortable juggling multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo
- Your goal is to become an Account Executive and see Sales Development as a strategic step in your long-term career
