In this role, you will work closely with the Adobe Research organization that invents this technology and help align with product teams like Premiere Pro, applied ML teams, Design, and more teams across the company. You will coordinate, manage, and closely supervise a portfolio of research projects, shepherding them to successful adoption by Adobe’s products. To be successful at this role, you need to be able to connect the dots, see the big picture, and make sure that all stakeholders are aligned. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
