About the role 

The Manager, Solutions Engineering is a key technical resource within the sales team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process. Reporting to the CSO, this role involves working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure the demo environment is stable and effective. The Manager of Solutions Engineering will play a critical role in addressing customer technical needs, enhancing product demonstrations, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

About your team 

You will be joining a hardworking, driven sales team that is in a unique growth phase. This role offers the chance to actively contribute to the build-out and success of a dynamic and evolving team, motivated to win and excel.

What You’ll Do:

Within 2 months, you will:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and its technical aspects.
    • Establish rapport with sales and product team members to identify key areas for technical support.
    • Stabilize and enhance the demo environment to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
    • Assist in the development of technical sales materials and resources.
    • Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and product demonstrations.

Within 4 months, you will:

    • Ensure the demo environment consistently meets customer expectations and supports sales objectives.
    • Work closely with the product team to address customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
    • Develop and implement technical training programs for the sales team.
    • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of technical support in the sales process.

Within 6 months, you will:

    • Maintain a high level of technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.
    • Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technical demonstrations.
    • Continue collaborating with the product team to drive ongoing product enhancements.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team on technical aspects.
    • Contribute significantly to the strategic direction and growth of the sales division through technical expertise
