TEAMEnterprise AI provides a seamless end-to-end machine learning tooling experience, catering to and expediting the development of machine learning projects, such as autonomous driving, smart city, and others.
As part of Enterprise AI, the AI Solutions team provides hands-on support to customers of the Toyota Group and related companies in solving the challenges they face in developing machine learning models, using the products developed by the Enterprise AI team. The AI Solutions team deepens our engagement with customers and improving their overall user experience.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORYou will help solve machine learning development issues for different customers, including both internal Woven teams and Toyota-related companies. The issues range from data annotation for machine model learning to model learning environments and inference environment setup. You will provide support for these issues while collaborating with Enterprise AI product development members.
You will have technical skills, and as a part of the team, you will provide healthy, constructive, and optimistic feedback based on the actual customer inquiries and issues you are facing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other Enterprise AI teams to define technical architectures and design software solutions tailored to meet the needs of our customers
• Provide advice on technology integration, help with development, troubleshoot issues, and create detailed documentation for our customers
• Travel to customer on-site locations to provide hands-on technical guidance and expertise
• Gather feedback to shape product improvements
• Come to the office 3x per week per our hybrid work policy, and report to the manager in charge of Solutions Engineering

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in software development in Python
• Experience with containers (Docker) and cloud development (any of GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience with the machine learning (ML) development life cycle and commonly used ML tools and frameworks
• Experience using Kubernetes
• Fluent in English and Japanese

NICE TO HAVES:

• Open-source contributions and ability to analyze the OSS projects
• Previous experience working directly with customers or in a solutions engineer role
