As we push the boundaries of technology, we are now seeking a Mid or Senior Software Engineer to join our Oxygen team. As a member of the Oxygen team, you’ll have a central role in designing, building, and scaling our product core backend infrastructure that powers LatticeFlow AI’s data solutions.

Requirements

Your role at LatticeFlow AI

• Develop, maintain, and iterate on core backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with FE and ML engineers on designing and building new data solutions: integrations, and modalities.
• Participate in product discussions and help deliver secure, robust, responsive, and scalable systems.
• Scope and lead technical discussions about fundamental changes in the backend.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Help make decisions about our back-end tech stack.
  
  

What you'll bring to our team?

• Fundamental knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), networking, computer architecture, and other backend technologies (e.g. caching, Ngnix, OAuth, …).
• Strong proficiency in Python or another non-functional programming language and related tools for backend development.
• Experience in building secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be considered as a plus.
