Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $141,000

  • Annual Quota: $450,000

  • Uncapped Commission

  • Stock Options

  • PTO: Hit quota and take time off as needed

Job Description

As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle and closing new business with small law firms. You’ll be working directly with personal injury attorneys, demonstrating how our AI tools can transform their legal workflows. This is a high-energy, high-impact role that requires hustle, creativity, and confidence.

You’ll be employee #10 — expected to help shape the sales motion and contribute to building the playbook for future hires.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on outbound lead generation

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of SMB opportunities, targeting solo practitioners and small personal injury firms

  • Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage new leads

  • Conduct compelling product demos and discovery calls to qualify and convert leads

  • Collaborate with leadership on refining messaging, processes, and territory strategy

  • Accurately forecast deals and maintain updated CRM records

  • Hit and exceed your $450K annual quota with support and coaching from sales leadership

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (legal tech a big plus)

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quota (ideally $400K–$500K+)

  • High-volume outbound prospecting experience

  • Strong discovery and demo skills

  • Highly self-motivated and driven by hitting numbers

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to test, iterate, and build

  • In-office presence required — this is a full-time, Austin-based role
