• Manage and execute end-to-end storage and file migration projects for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement complex storage and file migration solutions.
• Analyze client requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose optimal migration strategies and architectures.
• Configure, test, and validate migration processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the migration lifecycle, including documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor and optimize performance of the migrated environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth post-migration operations and resolve escalated support cases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest storage and file migration technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in storage and file migration technologies, including SAN/NAS, cloud storage, and data replication.
• Hands-on experience executing complex storage and file migration projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certifications in storage technologies (e.g., NetApp, EMC, AWS) are preferred.
