About this opportunity

Welcome to the Data Engineering team in Group Data Management Unit. We add value by improving our  AI target architecture to a hybrid cloud where CP4D plays a key role.

As the Senior ML/Data Engineer, you’ll play a valuable role in leveraging our ML Platform for increasing demand towards future AI models, including migration towards AWS Cloud Solution and extending current architecture by implementing new components of AI platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping CP4D compliant, up-to-date and scalable (e.g. new storage solution)
• Our Target AI architecture is a hybrid cloud where CP4D plays a role. We should harness its capabilities to greater extent (e.g. Open Scale for monitoring, CP4D Feature store, CP4D WMLA, GPUs)
• Support increasing demand from business (e.g. Propensity, Customer Lifetime Value, Micro-segmentation, channel recommendation models), helping use case team(s) in training and deployments
• Help in optimizing our current MLOps practices and libraries, make applicable for wider range of use cases outside propensity models. Harness standard capabilities from CP4D and cloud for scalability
• Cloud enablement for AI/ML when it comes, AI model development and deployment

Your experience and background:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent 
• 5y+ hands-on experience with complex SQL, including analytical window functions and queries optimalization
• 3y+ of experience in creating, deploying and validating ML models running on modern heterogeneous multicore architectures
• Experienced in using popular ML frameworks, such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, CP4D
• Strong programming experience and scripting skills (python/pyspark/shell)
• Strong experience with Hadoop ecosystem and big data volumes processing in close real time (Hadoop, Hive Spark)
• Familiar with code versioning strategy - GIT/Bitbucket
