Senior Staff, Product Line Manager (AI for Security, SIEM, SOAR, NDR)

We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Line Manager (PLM) to join our Security Management Team. The candidate will drive requirements for Artificial Intelligence for Network Security along with our SIEM, SOAR and NDR product line.

These solutions are a critical contributor to our highly competitive line of network security offerings.

This position will have responsibility for working with sales to engage customers and drive our security business, must have proven ability and record of driving product requirements for complex and dynamic network security space, engage with strategic customers, work with vendors and partners, drive market requirement from definition to delivery, and effectively interface with product marketing, product development/engineering, manufacturing, operations, business development, technical support, finance and other key cross functional teams.

Charter

• Own the product strategy, solution roadmap, and customer growth for AI-Native Secure capabilities, as well as the SIEM, SOAR, and NDR product lines.
• Drive thought leadership and market differentiation/leadership in applying artificial intelligence to network security, and to our SIEM, SOAR, and NDR product line.
• Optimize return on investment through a strategic mix of build, buy, and partner approaches.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life, including market analysis, strategy development, requirements definition, pricing, go-to-market planning, and field enablement. Focus on both revenue and customer growth, while increasing market share and mindshare.
• Focus on usability and customer experience across all security products.

Experience/Skills

• Must have a strong understanding of using artificial intelligence in software to achieve security outcomes
• Must have a strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR and NDR technologies and how they apply to security use cases and outcomes
• Must have experience creating strategies to drive business outcomes
• Must have experience working with and understanding enterprise security or data center markets and challenges
• Must have experience with network security technologies
• Well versed in the Security Market with trends, customer deployment models, monetization models and technologies to deliver an industry leading user experience for our network security management solutions
• Must have a background in delivering products to the market successfully
• Understanding and experience to drive full lifecycle Product Management for at least 5+ years 
• Ability to define hardware and software product requirements, author business plans, prioritize features and track progress. In depth knowledge of networking, firewalls, security services such as IPS, IDP, Web filtering, Anti-virus, Advanced Threat Protection, Anti-malware, usability, and software/hardware management is extremely valued. 
• Must also be adept at forecasting, pricing, positioning and managing product transitions.
• Excellent presenter, great 360-degree collaboration and influence skills, high-energy personality to break barriers and drive an emerging portfolio 
• Good understanding about security solution integration with automation frameworks 
• Must have strong outbound customer focus and experience
• Must be an excellent written and spoken communicator
• Must be a great listener who communicates to understand
• Must enjoy working collaboratively and achieving with others

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager
• 3+ years working with enterprises
• Experience in network security, security, security management, SIEM, SOAR and NDR preferred
• BA/BS and/or MBA preferred

• Some travel is required

Minimum Salary: $194,400.00

Maximum Salary:$279,450.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $194,400.00 and $279,450.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
