We are looking for a passionate, extraordinary Research Engineer for the Metropolis team to advance the state of Multi-camera 3D reconstruction solutions. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world!

What you will be doing:

  • Research, design and implement novel computer vision and deep learning methods.

  • Publish original research.

  • Collaborate with other engineering team members and Research teams.

  • Partner with external researchers

What we need to see:

  • Must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of relevant research experience in the field of deep learning and artificial intelligence and computer vision.

  • Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of computer vision and deep learning methods.

  • A track record of research excellence with your work published in top conferences and journals and other research artifacts such as software projects.

  • Knowledge of common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch.

  • Excellent programming skills in some rapid prototyping environments such as Python; C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
