American National is seeking an experience Python/AI Developer in our Galveston, TX office!

Roles and Responsibilities:

 
•    Develop and implement AI models for document digitization using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and RAG technologies using Azure document intelligence/ WatsonX.
 
•    Design, develop, and implement AI models using Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT) to create natural language processing (NLP) solutions using Azure AI services / WatsonX AI services.
 
•    Implement AI-driven solutions to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
 
•    Integrate AI solutions with existing applications streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
 
•    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, and integration processes.
 
•    Create CI/CD pipelines to deploy AI models seamlessly into Cloud platform.
 
•    Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in real-world scenarios.
 
•    Analyze and process large volumes of documents to train and refine AI models.
 
•    Stay current with industry best practices and trends in AI development to continuously improve our technology stack.
 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions.
 
 
Qualifications:

•    5+ Years of information technology development experience
 
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
 
•    Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly in the context of OCR/RAG and GPT.
 
•    Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java.
 
•    Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications.
 
•    Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
 
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 
•    Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience with cloud platforms for deploying AI solutions.
 
•    Knowledge in WatsonX and Watson Machine Learning.
 
•    Familiarity with IBM BPM or any other workflow automation tools.
