What we’re looking for

As a Senior Product Manager of Growth, you will lead our in-product customer expansion initiatives, focusing on accelerating the purchase and adoption of our flagship SurveyMonkey product. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, research, and data teams to develop and test new experiences. Your goal will be to help users realize the full potential of the SurveyMonkey product and optimize monetization opportunities.

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead subscriber expansion initiatives, driving self-serve subscription upgrades and product-qualified sales pipeline.
  • Define the experimentation roadmap and lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for customer expansion.
  • Analyze and monitor key metrics to uncover areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of passionate engineers, data analysts, UX designers, and marketers through iterative releases.
  • Prepare recommendations and present findings from experiment data to executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Experience with both self-service subscription products and sales-assisted go-to-market motions
  • Comfort with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics
  • Fluency in Sales analytics tools and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot
  • You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical methods, and know how to derive insights from large amounts of data
  • Experience leading cross-functional discussions and technical deep dives with development teams

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $137,105 / year - $185,495 / year, depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.

Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
