What You Will Do:

  • Become a worldwide expert in the mobile customer engagement domain
  • Conduct user research by using the best methods out there and by understanding their differences
  • Listen to not only what customers do say, but also don't say
  • Pay attention to every bit of detail of the customer experience lifecycle from the documentation, to the blog post, to Intercom responses, to the dashboard usage
  • Create streamlined workflows between teams (development, design, marketing) that never block them. Use a huge repertoire of frameworks and processes, expertly tweaking them for each specific situation
  • Always stand for tech debts cause you deeply understand and care about uptime, latency, security, and developer productivity
  • Care about product failures, improve your approach all the time and share the lessons learned with the company
  • Seek for creating a product-obsessed company where all the functions operate as equals to create the best possible product

Who You Are:

  • At least 6 years of SaaS product management experience with
  • Proven expertise in creating products that create value with your business and technical acumen
  • Exceptional storytelling, written and oral presentation, and communications skills
  • Ability to develop empathy for our users to understand what they think, feel, and do
  • Demonstrated love for learning new things
  • A member of multiple product management communities
  • Technical background is a huge plus
