We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager of AI Platform at Diligent to lead productization of our AI capabilities. Reporting to Director of AI Products, you will guide priority of AI Research and you will develop reusable services that enable app development teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered features. Along with the rest of our AI Research and AI Platform organization, you will drive the strategy and execution for our AI platform, working closely with product teams to integrate AI solutions that transform user experiences across Diligent's product suite.

Key Responsibilities 

• Own and drive AI platform strategy and roadmap, focusing on building scalable, reusable AI services that address both internal development teams' needs and external platform users' requirements 
• Prioritize and contribute to developing AI research plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality platform-level AI solutions. 
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to mature Platform AI Services, including API design, service integration patterns, and developer experience 
• Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities across Diligent's product portfolio  
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, including responsible AI practices, monitoring, and performance metrics  
• Drive discovery and validation of AI solutions through close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders  
• Manage the platform backlog, write discovery briefs, initiatives, and user stories while collaborating with engineering teams  
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Legal, Security, and Product Marketing teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Platform AI Services  
• Track and measure platform performance, including service reliability, adoption metrics, and business impact  
• Stay current with AI industry trends and best practices to inform platform strategy 

Required Experience/Skills 

• 5+ years of product management experience, with experience in platform services or AI products  
• Strong technical background with understanding of AI technologies and service architecture 
• Experience in building and scaling AI platforms or services in a B2B enterprise environment  
• Proven track record of successfully launching platform features or services in a global context  
• Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value  
• Excellence in cross-cultural stakeholder management and ability to influence global teams  
• Data-driven approach to product development with strong experimentation mindset  
• Proficiency with modern product development tools (JIRA, Confluence) and development workflows  
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage effectively across cultural contexts and with both technical and non-technical audiences  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications 
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) domain  
• Experience with platform products in regulated industries  
• Background in developer platforms or API products 
• Ability to adapt working schedule to effectively collaborate across multiple time zones
