About the team

We are a team of Product Managers, UX, and UI Designers, reporting directly to Rossum co-founder Tomas Gogar. Our mission is to shape the evolution of our AI-first product, ensuring it addresses real customer needs and delivers value for both our customers and Rossum.

We define the product vision and strategy, working closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams on both discovery and delivery. We also collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure the successful launch of new features.

What you’ll do 

• Lead a mission-critical Product Area in partnership with your Engineering counterpart.

• Identify opportunities to enhance your Product Area’s functionality and validate them through user research and prototyping with UX Designers.

• Develop effective roadmaps and align with Engineering, AI Researchers, Design, and Customer Success teams to balance business needs with technical feasibility.

• Drive the delivery of new capabilities alongside a dedicated engineering team.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to bring new features to market.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

What you’ll need 

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of experience delivering high-quality product solutions with significant impact.

• A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the product development process.

• Strong empathy and a passion for understanding and addressing customer and user needs.

• The ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have

• Entrepreneurial experience or instincts.

• Experience in building products tailored for enterprise customers.

• A passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
