Imagen is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy and lead our team in revolutionizing photographers' workflows. You'll take full ownership of the core product life cycle, from product strategy to tactical execution, shaping the future of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Leading product discovery and prioritization efforts across the organization.
• Analyzing market trends and user data to inform product decisions.
• Mentoring junior product team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership, R&D, and Design team.
• Creating and communicating product roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Defining and analyzing key performance metrics to drive product success.
• Managing relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of leading successful, user-facing products from concept to launch.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into product initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with AI or machine learning products - Strong advantage.
• Knowledge of professional photography workflows and tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom Classic) - Advantage.
• Photography experience - Big advantage.
