Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Oracle EBS Application Developer to be part of our dynamic team, providing essential support and contributing to the success of our organization's enterprise systems. This role blends technical prowess with strategic insight, ensuring the efficient development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

Primary Responsibilities

Development and Customisation

• Design, develop, and customise Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs.
• Create technical specifications and document development processes.
• Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and organisational standards.

System Integration and Testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure systems operate seamlessly post-implementation.
• Identify and resolve issues, optimising system performance and reliability.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS applications, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with IT teams and end-users to troubleshoot and eliminate application challenges.
• Maintain system documentation and update training materials as needed.

Continuous Improvement and Strategy

• Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Contribute to strategic discussions to enhance the capability and efficiency of Oracle EBS.
• Advise on emerging Oracle technologies and trends, fostering continual improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS application development.
• Proven expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer focus, with the capability to lead and work collaboratively.
• Ability to adapt and flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in creative and critical thinking, ensuring optimal decision-making.
