As a Senior Manager of Social Analytics within Global Insights & Analytics team, you will be responsible for Visa’s social data, insights, and analysis ecosystem. You will use various data sets sourced from native systems of social channels such as owned / organic data and paid data, while incorporating social listening and earned data to build the Visa’s social data storyline.
You will contribute to content ideation, insight extraction, and data visualization work streams that will be shared across Visa’s organization at all levels and geographies globally. You will work closely with agency partners and technology teams to transform data insight delivery and integration to a new level, improving the marketing organization’s ability to track and optimize performance. A successful candidate will have experience evaluating various aspect of social performance and driving actionable insights to help influence later initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include assisting analytics team on driving reporting updates and organizing task timelines, with the remaining to plug into content creation planning and informing the creative life cycle by supporting social listening insights and analytics center of excellence to inform Visa’s marketing strategy. You will be working on analysis and diagnosis of content performance, along with monitoring trends in KPIs and performance drivers and translate those data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with the Global Content & Distribution team to increase understanding of what works and what does not work in Visa’s social content, with a strong point of view of how strategies should evolve going forward.
Responsibilities
You will support performance reporting and marketing intelligence for the full marketing organization.
You will bring consistency to reporting by leading rigorous data processes to aid in the automation of KPI reporting, dashboards, and other ad hoc reports.
You will support Visa’s Social Listening Center of Excellence by providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights
You will focus on improving operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes
You will help manage external agency partners to ensure social listening is conducting according to best-in-class industry standards
You will stay abreast of best practices in social content / strategy and new applications. You will advise on the ideal ways and hacks to track and measure performance.
You will act as an internal & external point on contact to ensure seamless and timely reporting
You will collect Visa internal and industry benchmarks to add context to analysis
You will gain knowledge in performance attribution to business outcomes, global measurement implementation & standardization, and technology integration to aid in process automation.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 161,500,00 to 210,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
