Role Overview
As our AI Solutions Manager, Sales and Business Operations, you'll transform visionary AI strategies into reality, leading the development and expansion of powerful generative AI tools. Key Responsibilities
1. AI Product Excellence
- Champion the complete lifecycle of AI-driven products, from visionary ideation and rapid prototyping to seamless deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Perfect AI interactions—crafting refined prompts, improving user experience, and ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
- Build powerful integrations with enterprise platforms (CRM, analytics, automation tools) to elevate functionality, adoption, and impact.
2. AI Enablement & Cultural Transformation
- Architect dynamic training and sales enablement programs that elevate AI literacy, from foundational onboarding to advanced innovation workshops.
- Cultivate passionate communities of AI advocates through coaching, peer-learning, and collaborative networks.
- Empower teams with meticulously curated resources, intuitive prompt libraries, documentation, and robust self-service support.
3. Strategic Partnership & Thought Leadership
- Serve as the critical link between frontline innovation, executive strategy, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proactively explore and identify strategic AI opportunities, turning insights into impactful, scalable solutions.
- Influence strategic decisions with powerful, data-driven recommendations delivered directly to senior leadership.
4. Analytics, Insights & Impact Narratives
- Establish clear and ambitious KPIs to measure AI impact, tracking progress with insightful, interactive dashboards.
- Craft compelling stories and case studies that vividly illustrate the real-world benefits and transformative impact of AI initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years leading sales enablement, product management, or digital transformations in dynamic sectors such as media, sales, business operations or marketing technology.
- Ideally an expert in building and scaling basic generative AI solutions (GPTs, prompt engineering libraries, etc).
- Capability/ability to learn building more integrated generative AI and data architecture solutions (LLMs, MCPs, etc.)
- Mastery of integrating and optimizing low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable).
- Inspirational leader adept at guiding teams through complex transformations and thriving in uncharted territories.
- Exceptional communicator, turning sophisticated AI concepts into clear, influential business narratives.
- 5-10 years managing a team and leading change management efforts.
- Ability for travel to national markets.
- Bonus: Experience with sales enablement, CRM systems, ad-tech, and digital marketing ecosystems.

The reasonable estimate, if hired in California, is $100,000 - $125,000 plus the potential for bonus eligibility. Please note this information is specific to those hired in California. If this role is open to candidates outside of California, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
