About:TikTok-Data Science-Music team is responsible for building the music ecosystem and the artist service in Tik Tok, cooperating with all key value chains in TikTok. The goal of the team is to generate actionable insights from data and help the stakeholders to make the right decisions. Our main tasks include metrics defining, causal inference like experimentation methodology and causal discovery, feature/strategy evaluation, exploratory analysis and building some data products.Responsibilities - Responsible for Data Analysis of Internationalization music business, helping TikTok build a better artist service system and experience a better music ecosystem.- Analyze the factors affecting the improvement and growth of the product, the details of each business, and give a feasible overall product optimization plan in combination with the business direction.- Collaborate with product/operation/R & D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring actual improvement and growth to the business.- Responsible for the design and analysis of various A/B experiments in the business, the evaluation of product optimization effect, the analysis and evaluation of market activities, the analysis of core index anomalies, and the evaluation of the effect of the client version.- Responsible for the design of the index system and the construction of the data system in the business, and improving the data decision-making efficiency of the business team.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology or a related scientific major, with 3+ years of related work experience.- Expertise in SQL and programming in Python or R.- Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, and rigidity on statistical correctness.- Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments, evaluating product optimization effects, and analyzing market activities.- Ability to analyze factors affecting product improvement and growth, and develop feasible optimization plans.
