The role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to solve complex problems and generate actionable insights. You will work with a range of data processing and machine learning techniques to build and optimize predictive models and data pipelines.

  • Develop and apply advanced AI/ML and deep learning models to extract insights and make data-driven predictions.
  • Design and implement feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • Automate data processing workflows and build robust data pipelines to streamline data collection, transformation, and analysis.
  • Create, test, and refine machine learning models using industry-standard libraries and tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Present complex data findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in data science roles (at least 4 years), with a focus on machine learning and data processing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant ML libraries and tools.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience in feature engineering and its impact on model performance.
  • Proficiency in Python programming with practical experience using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proven experience in automating data processing tasks and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
