As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll play a crucial role in turning raw data into valuable insights, developing cutting-edge models, and shaping the digital solutions our customers rely on. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day: 

  • Tackle complex data challenges: Work alongside data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to bring new solutions and algorithms to production. 
  • Analyze and process large datasets: Turn raw data from various sources into actionable insights that power our digital solutions. 📊
  • Research and develop models: Build statistical algorithms and machine learning models that solve real-world problems for our customers. 💡
  • Lead the end-to-end process: Own tasks from exploration and proof of concept to full production implementation. 
  • Collaborate with engineers: Work closely with data engineers to ensure the best possible production results. 🤝
  • Develop key metrics: Create and validate metrics that enhance our product solutions, ensuring ongoing improvement and accuracy. 
  • Innovate new features: Research and develop new capabilities to continuously improve our platform. 🚀

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A passion for working with data and solving complex problems. 🔥
  • 3+ years of experience with data science and statistical tools (Python, R, etc.). 
  • Experience developing machine learning algorithms (e.g., NLP, image processing)—must. 💡
  • Proven experience in developing production code. 🖥️
  • A solid understanding of probability theory and statistics—must.
  • Familiarity with SQL. 💻
