POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll apply advanced data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities to develop and industrialize analytics applications in support of continuous improvement, management decision-making, and operational effectiveness.

  • Apply analytical, statistical, unsupervised/supervised learning, optimization, and visualization techniques to understand, describe, and predict patterns in data
  • Utilize best practice capabilities to develop and automate data acquisition, preparation, modeling, visualization, and industrialization to streamline and simplify data science operations/process
  • Build and share libraries, utilities, and user-interface applications
  • Work with a variety of programming languages, tools and platforms
  • Support projects from initial ideation through planning, execution, and delivery
  • Work with internal and/or external development teams to scope and deliver projects
  • Serve as technical translator between development teams and commercial business partner
  • Review technical aspects of development team’s work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence capabilities in the design, development and deployment of business solutions OR equivalent advanced degree (Master’s, Doctorate) with 2+ years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, R, Databricks
  • 2+ years of experience in internal consulting or client interaction solving business problems with advanced quantitative analysis and application of scientific method/thinking

The approximate pay range for this position is $111,000 - $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
