Key Responsibilities:
Develop queries and framework to generate replicable output for medication adherence, source of business, co-morbidity index, patient pathway and other patient attributes using secondary patient and provider claims data(Xponent, LAAD)
Use statistical methods, such as Cluster Analysis, and appropriate predictive models to generate differentiated customer segments.
Apply business acumen to identify and quantify trend shifts in patient-centric metrics.
Use statistical and ML models to predict events such as likelihood to switch.
Maintain notebooks through clear and thorough documentation.
Support ad-hoc deliverables.
Develop PowerPoint Presentations to document major projects to enable knowledge transfer.
Collaborate effectively with team members to identify opportunities for enhancement to existing processes.
Manage stakeholder expectations through timely responses and transparent and clear expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or a comparable quantitative field, and 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics.
Expertise in US Pharma databases (Xponent, Anonymized Patient Longitudinal Data, LAAD)
Proficiency in Python & SQL
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Mentoring team members, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in developing ML models
Familiarity with emerging GenAI capabilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Certification in Data Science
