About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior- Data Scientist, with a passion for Gen AI, to join our Automation & Digital team based in Noida India.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement Gen AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Design and execute experiments to test and validate Gen AI models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support Gen AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and related technologies and apply them to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for action.
• Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and objectives, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies and technologies.

About You

• 3-7 years of full-time work experience as a data scientist
• A postgraduate degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, or a related subject.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras.
• Experience with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, PIL and scikit-image.
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms, including CNNs, RNNs and GANs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
