Team Carney is actively seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a government client in the area of Intelligence. Our Data Scientists identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes, analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
This position is FULL TIME and ON SITE in the Washington DC. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
Review, evaluate, design, implement and maintain environmental databases.
Use database management concepts, storage and query/retrieval methods, statistical analyses, and programming languages to perform analyses, develop plans and recommendations, and prepare required level of documentation.
Comply with project specifications, including format and content of input/output data and functions to be performed by computer programs.
Prepare clear and accurate tables, data plots, maps and other graphics.
Works to makes value out of data.
Analyze data through detailed methods and utilizing highly advanced software to provide recommendations lo clients based on analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with relevant undergraduate and/or graduate degree and specialized training.
