Job Description

Your Impact:

The purpose of the Senior Associate, Data Science  is to work with clients undergoing a data-driven transformation (DDT) across the globe. The Senior Associate will accelerate and drive the DDT strategy for clients, working in partnership with digital directors, client teams, and practice capability. Furthermore, the role will be a key contributor in ensuring Publicis Sapient is an industry leader in digital thinking, execution, and value realization for clients through data-driven solutions.

You're passionate about solving real world problems through the application of machine learning and AI - specifically GenAI

GenAI Skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms, Retrieval Augment generation and prompt engineering.
• Ability to work with large datasets and understand preprocessing techniques.
• Experience in building and deploying multi-modal generative AI systems in real-world applications.
• Experience with GCP ecosystem with ImageGen, Vector Search, Vertex AI is must

Machine Learning / Deep Learning Skills:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models, ensuring a high standard of technical excellence
• Design, implement and provide guidance on ML engineering workflows, streamlining the deployment of models and systems to production for optimal efficiency
• Exceptional ML engineering knowledge, showcasing the ability to streamline model deployment and manage complex ML workflows
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles

Data Science Skills:

• Extensive full-time experience in Data Science roles, with a proven background in leading and mentoring small data science project teams
• Track record of successfully taking multiple data science models/systems into production with GCP ecosystem
• Strong background and experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOPs) and Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps)
• Expertise in collaborative development tools and practices, including peer code reviews and version control (Git)

Additional Information

Pay Range: $134,000 - $161,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
