What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a hands-on Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data from our AI products, and skillfully transform it into digestible and valuable information that resonates with our customers, driving data-driven decisions, optimizing product performance, and contributing to the overall success of our products.

Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Utilize statistical methods to derive actionable insights that can enhance product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer success, to identify areas for improvement in our products.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes. Use the findings to iterate and refine product strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data. Regularly report findings to stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Identify opportunities to enhance data infrastructure, analysis processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Customer KPI Identification: Collaborate closely with customers, CSMs , product and engineering to identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will bring significant value to our customers.
Requirements
- BA/B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Economics/ Business or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Experience with web/mobile data analysis is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar and with data visualization tools such as Looker - advantage, Tableau, Power BI.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven product strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make data-backed recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for diving into data to uncover meaningful insights.
