Key Responsibilities

• Lead, and work as part of client’s IT team to manage strategic projects with a Domestic appliance account.  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals, maintaining in-person connects (Netherlands).  

• Ensure team cohesion by in-person coordinating with client teams, aligning on the delivery/project plan, and offering regular status updates.  

• Oversee project extensions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive estimations for outlined work.   

• Work with Client’s cross-functional client teams to create and execute IT solutions and plans.   

• Coordinate with Fractal’s offshore and capability teams to maintain adequate offshore staffing levels and address any staffing issues affecting client deliverables.   

• Understand data engineering and data science fundamentals to effectively manage project execution and ensure technical alignment.   

• Develop and implement strategic frameworks to drive business growth, account expansion and operational efficiency.   

• Assess offshore delivery capabilities to mitigate risks and offer insights for effective risk management. 

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) or relevant certifications are preferred

• Strong track record of project/process management capabilities. 

• Expertise in building, delivering and operationalizing analytics/IT solutions and projects.    

• Exceptional consulting skills with a proven track record in delivering high-value solutions.   

• Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders and stakeholders.   

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

• knowledge of SAP DWC, Databricks, AWS, SAP SAC, PowerBI

• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
