The Senior Analyst is an important resource to our clients. Your responsibilities include understanding the unique landscape of brand challenges for each client; leveraging technology to provide an overview of the scope of issues, and through keen awareness of each client’s needs, distilling the information into targeted data and a priority of actionable objectives. This position works closely with the client team including the Customer Success Manager and Analyst(s) to identify and understand our client’s brand protection needs and challenges. The Senior Analyst reviews processes and addresses any operational efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement within the client account. 

• Understand the unique landscape of brand challenges for each client
• Identify pain points and resulting solutions and opportunities, and engaging in special projects
• Train and assist others in developing skills and efficiencies
• Configure Tracer system discovery based on client brand(s), priorities and business problems
• Monitor, evaluate and classify search results based on client parameters
• Conduct investigations (as needed)
• Generate weekly, monthly and custom ad-hoc reports
• Attend and participate in client meetings
• Provide product feedback to improve internal and external tools
• Collaborate with internal and external client team members
• Conduct takedown and enforcement work (depends on client)

Must Have

• 3+ years of Brand Protections experience
• Great communication skills, able to articulate concepts and processes well
• Demonstrated technological proficiency
• Friendly demeanor
• Critical thinking / problem solving skills
• Team player & able to work independently
• A self motivated driver (unafraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work)
• Detail oriented
• Experience with External Threat Detection, Digital Risk Protection (DRP)
• Very comfortable leveraging different technology applications and getting up to speed quickly
• Working knowledge across multiple Brand Protection products (Apps, Marketplaces, Domain Track, Social Media)
• Targeted expertise in one or more areas of brand protection
• Wide-range of experience working with various brand protection problems and solutions
• Extensive analytical and reporting skills
• Based in Madeira, Relocation available
