Key Responsibilities

As a ML Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of our customers within Auba’s platform. This means helping measure AI performance, verify that things are working as expected, generate internal data annotations, and run evaluations. This work requires understanding our customers and their data, raising awareness of issues within the app to the engineering team, and managing relationships with a variety of other internal and external parties. This role is perfect for a self driven and independent person who is ready to get their hands dirty with real-world data while also thinking deeply about how to fix the problems at hand.

Responsibilities 
  • Pilot Execution: Collaborate with the product and business development team understanding the main expectations of our customer and agree on the expected KPIs. 
  • Feature Delivery & Optimization: Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize product features.
  • Improve product performance:  Fix and address automatic internal alerts on our system, and help triage the source of the problem to the relevant team or member. 
  • Data annotations: Coordinate with internal and external teams to generate annotations to understand the performance of our AI system. Evaluate the quality of annotations to reliably evaluate the system. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development and operations and implement mitigation strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company goals.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar roles, preferably in a B2B setup.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. 
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail when managing product requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Experience using Postman and REST APIs preferred but not required
  • High level understanding of  AI or ML technologies.
  • Background in supply chain and logistics.
