We have an interesting U.S. and Finland based projects, and as a result, we are looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our team.🤩 You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our software applications. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient backend solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Would you like to spend your workdays like this:

1️⃣ Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using modern technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript, ensuring robustness and scalability for internet-scale backend services.

2️⃣ Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through code optimization, database tuning, and architectural improvements, with a focus on internet-scale backend services.

3️⃣ Implement best practices for software development, including version control, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, emphasizing TypeScript for maintainability and scalability.

4️⃣ Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and implement features that align with business goals.

5️⃣ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in backend development and propose innovative solutions to improve our products and processes.

We appreciate proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Also, if you have experience with AWS or other cloud platfroms (Azure, GCP), we see that as a huge plus!

Our salary range for this position is 4000-7000€/month. We know that this salary range is quite extensive, but we have the opportunity to hire developers from a few years experience (with similar technologies we use, e.g. experience from Node.js, TypeScript, AWS) to very senior-level experience.
