JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Functional Analyst Senior Associate to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution to identify AI-driven opportunities by analyzing processes/requirements, defining use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective AI solution deployment. The ideal candidate has a keen interest in artificial intelligence, business process improvement, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define functional requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for AI-driven projects.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, and best practices guides to support AI implementations
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform AI model development
• Solution Design: Collaborate with tech team to design AI solutions aligned with business goals
• Testing & Validation: Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans and test cases based on functional requirements. Participate and assist in testing and validation of AI models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Industry Research: Conduct research on AI trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes. Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Deployment, Continuous Support & Training: Assist in deploying AI solutions and monitor post-implementation performance, analyze impact metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Support change management efforts and provide user training on AI applications and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Data Science/AI, or any other related field.
• 1- 3 year of experience in business analysis, AI projects, data analytics, or related roles (internships included).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional use cases and drive AI adoption.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on AI advancements, industry trends, and evolving technologies.
• Added advantage:

• Exposure to cloud-based AI solutions such as AWS, Azure AI, or Google Cloud AI
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or AI/ML frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
