We are looking for a Benefits Analyst based in either out New York, Memphis, or Bay Area office. This role will primarily focus on the US but will also provide support for international locations.
Who You Are:
This position administers and drives continuous improvements of the benefits programs at x.AI and X. This role will interact with multiple functions within the company and consult with internal and external resources to facilitate benefits processes while providing guidance on program operations and compliance with state, federal, and country specific regulations.
The Analyst will implement improvements to benefits programs and plan to drive efficiency, scale our service model, improve customer facing experience and aide in evaluating cost and competitive market placement. This role will participate in and help drive the design of new benefits policies, programs, practices, as well as provide recommendations in planning, development and implementation of program changes.
