Valtech is hiring a Senior AI Training Specialist to join a team of experts leading our AI transformation.

What you will be doing:
Reporting directly to the Group VP of Learning & Development, you will join a team of learning and development specialists, who have great experience in running and scaling upskilling and reskilling programs across the globe.
Working at the intersection of innovation and delivery, you will be the key driver for designing and rolling out the training and development curriculum for the AI business.
In your day-to-day work, you will work closely together with our R&D teams to translate their findings, to create compelling L&D material for our internal audiences.
You will be accountable for defining training formats, co-creating learning content, enabling SMEs and finally delivering trainings to your colleagues. On top of that, you will play an active role in connecting the dots between the many AI experiments we will be running.
You will work daily together with the AI acceleration team and have a dotted reporting line to the team’s Program Manager.
Your work will require occasional traveling, as the role is expected to support all our regions, late/early meetings can be needed from time to time.
Our preferred candidate:
We are looking for a Senior AI specialist, who has experience in learning and development.
You have an in depth understanding of emerging trends in AI, probably with a background in engineering.
You understand where the field of AI is moving and have a proven capability of how to use these insights to explore new use cases for AI.
As a person, you are motivated by the opportunity to teach others how to use AI. You are a natural communicator, good at reading the room, and you are capable of structuring information, so it meets the needs of your audience.
