About the Opportunity

We are establishing a new AI organization within WOO, and we’re looking for a Lead AI Technical Product Manager (TPM). You will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI vision, strategy and product roadmap, in addition to leading the AI engineering team to develop innovative AI solutions that serve as the foundation to enhancing WOO’s product portfolio.

As the bridge between business, strategy and product, you will be in charge of translating management-level initiatives and executive visions on AI into actionable plans, including constructing AI product prototypes using state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems, and Agentic Platforms. You will deliver end-to-end product strategies and pre-production-ready prototypes for the product teams to drive to production and integration.

You will work closely with the Head of AI and the Product team to define WOO’s future AI product roadmap, in addition to collaborating with Ecosystem, Business Development, Operations, and the broader engineering entities to drive AI initiatives that aligns with our business objectives.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Leading the AI engineering team to develop and implement our AI strategy using cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic platforms.
• Collaborating with senior management to convert board-level AI initiatives into detailed product requirements and rapid prototyping sprints.
• Overseeing the AI engineering team in creating pre-production artifacts through agile-based rapid prototyping sprints.
• Ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies with WOO’s products to enhance user experiences across DeFI and CeFi.
• Offering technical guidance on AI architecture, particularly with Agentic platforms, and aligning AI initiatives with business goals through cross-functional teamwork.
• Developing and enforcing best practices for AI product development, including data governance, model evaluation, and ethical standards.
• Monitoring AI product performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance AI functionalities.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to develop prototypes that align with business objectives and user needs in an agile development environment.

About You

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management /technical product management, with a strong focus on AI product development, technical product management, integration and benchmarking.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects from conception to launch, including hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and agile development.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategies into technical product requirements and actionable development plans.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, agile environment and proficient with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques.

AI Expertise:

• Deep understanding of emerging AI technologies and tech stacks.
• Ability to collaborate and guide AI engineers to develop AI product prototypes.
• Experiences in: 
  • Large Language Models (LLMs) - deployment and optimization of open-sourced models /SOTA API-based LLM integration, prompt engineering.
  • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) - embedding system architecture, /framework construction, retrieval backend system integration and performance optimization.
  • Agentic Platforms /Toolchains - Langchain, OpenAI Swarm and other open-source platforms.

Leadership /Core Skills:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Strategic and hypothesis-driven mindset; comfortable working under extreme ambiguity
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Crypto and Trading Knowledge (Optional /Good to have):

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including DeFi and CeFi platforms is highly desirable.
• Understanding of crypto trading mechanics and the ecosystem is highly desirable.
