About you

In line with M47 Labs' exciting growth, we are looking for a Senior AI Solution Sales Manager with extensive experience to join our team and lead commercial development in the insurance, medical assistance, and healthcare sectors. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you'll design, implement, and execute our sales strategy. We're seeking a true "hunter"β€” someone who thrives on identifying and closing new business opportunities, generating a strong pipeline, and driving direct sales. You will play a key role in building relationships with senior managers, executives, and C-level clients at major international organizations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of our sales strategy, with a focus on large accounts and customized solutions in the insurance, assistance, and healthcare sectors.

  • Build and optimize the sales structure, establishing processes, tools, and methodologies to drive scalable growth and ensure consistent performance.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building at the C-level.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and communication teams to align products and presentations with client needs.

  • Represent M47 Labs at industry events and conferences, staying current with market trends and networking with potential clients.

  • Manage complex sales cycles, driving deals from inception to close while maintaining a robust client portfolio.

  • Contribute to the growth of the sales team by sharing best practices and supporting team training.

About your day-to-day:

  • Drive active sales, focusing on large accounts through cold outreach and building relationships at the C-Level.

  • Manage and close complex sales opportunities, ensuring continuous growth of the client portfolio.

  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure technical solutions meet client needs.

  • Keep the CRM updated with sales metrics and opportunity tracking.

  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met, driving revenue generation.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on new business development and large accounts in technology or enterprise solutions.

  • Proven track record of success in "hunting" for new opportunities and closing complex deals.

  • Experience in sectors like insurance, medical assistance, healthcare, or finance.

  • Ability to interact with clients at the C-Level and manage long-term relationships.

  • Strong consultative selling skills, with experience in developing and delivering complex projects.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with international experience in Europe or the USA.

  • Ability to collaborate independently and methodically, with a focus on details and achieving results.
